Topology Details

The Topology tab offers a visual representation of the selected premises.

Navigation

To access this view, first conduct a search (see Search Details) and then navigate to the Topology tab located within the (Intellifi) button on the left navigation bar.

The page will populate with the following information for the account selected:

• Topology Graph: Shows connection status for all nodes and devices.

• Overlays: The topology graph features multiple overlays that can be toggled on or off.

The content of these tiles is described in detail in the following sections.

Topology Graph

This graph is a visual depiction of all nodes and devices on the selected premises. Each connection is shown as a line on the graph, with solid lines being wired, dashed lines being 5 GHz, and dotted lines being 2.4 GHz. The quality and type of each connection between each device and the node it is connected to is displayed by the style and color of the linking line. See the key below for more details.

Overlays

The topology graph features multiple overlays that can be toggled on or off as shown above. These overlays display data along the connection lines including channel, RX signal strength, and physical layer speed rates. Only one filter may be applied to the graph at a time.
